Jaron, Pedro, Papo- Kingz Construction Team from Pella are fantastic! They are courteous, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and clean! Will ask them back if I ever need to replace more windows… Here I must mention two more names that brought me from doubts to satisfaction: Mikaela and Rosy. Mikaela’s superb clarity in her introducing the Pella windows led me to Pella. She shows understanding in answering my follow-up questions. Rosy makes the whole process effortless.

Just had all the windows in my house replaced with Pella windows. The crew that put them in was outstanding they did a fantastic job. They were professional and make sure everything was cleaned up nice and neat. They were installed by Fernando‘s crew

The initial installment was very organized and on time. Once technician left we noticed large gap at bottom of door. Called project manager to correct. Got appointment scheduled for next day between 10-12. After 12 I called to find out what was happening. They had no idea what was happening. About 145 I started calling customer service to complain. I received call at 150 to say technician was on his way. I asked why he was so late. They said his truck broke down. I said his cell phone worked. Why didn’t I receive a xalll. Technician arrived 4 hours and 15 minutes late but I only received call at 150. Poor communication and lack of consideration for customer. Very disappointed in PElla.
PElla came back 5 different times. They never arrived during provided window. Today I was supposed to have appointment 8-10. At 1130 I called project manager to find out where technician was. She contacted him and he said he would not be at my house for another 2 hours. Same technician was here 2 days earlier to replace locking mechanism that he broke. Left a mess with shavings both inside and outside. Would never use them again. Terrible customer service even though they pride themselves for it

Jaron & his installation team were great. Very respectful of my home & easy to work with. Aimee the project manager also very responsive & great to work with. Kept me informed about status throughout the project & went out of her way to make sure commitments were met. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because finishing trim was on back order, so project remains unfinished.

I would highly recommend Pella, my new patio door exceeds my expectations. The quality of the product is top tier and it was truly a pleasure working with the entire staff. Two thumbs up to Holly Cornelius for an excellent job throughout the entire process. In a day where quality customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Holly demonstrated that it is still very much alive and well. I was particularly pleased with the way Holly returned my calls promptly and answered all of my questions.
