Dr Rodriguez was absolutely phenomenal! We were in St Simons Island for a weekend getaway and our 7 month old fell ill quickly. With not many options we had to come to JAX for a pediatric urgent care that could see us on a Sunday. Dr Rodriquez and her staff working yesterday (10/29/23) were exceptional. Their bedside manner, professionalism, and care towards my baby and family meant more than we could ever explain. It is a lot when your little one is sick, but knowing we got the care and time from Dr. Rodriquez and her staff to help us onto the road to recovery is worth more than 5 stars. We went to this urgent care after not being able to get in at our pediatrician same day. My son was screaming and crying about his ear hurting and had gotten tubes a year ago so this type of reaction was abnormal. The staff was professional and friendly, and the experience was a quick in and out visit. The pediatrician also made sure to explain everything well for us and made my son feel comfortable when he was clearly not feeling well and in a lot of pain.

This group is amazing. When I need help the most with my child, they are there for me supporting all our after hours medical needs and for some reason my child seems to only get sick nights and weekends.Update: we visit often and I have to say, consistently 5 star experience starting from the moment I enter tge door to the time I leave. Great practice, would highly recommend.
