Been coming here since 2022 they ironed my zipper down to a pair of pants that I love and I couldn’t wear them , so o asked for the zipper to be replaced but because it was over a year they said I had to pay half. Nope taking my business elsewhere cause I spend allot of money in here and if you see my closet. So I won’t be coming back

Do not go here for alterations! A week and a half after they told me it would be ready (2 1/2 weeks after drop off), the alterations (to have sleeves shortened) still had not been completed. They told me to add 1-2 weeks to whatever day they give you stuff would be ready. I asked them to have my shirts brought back if they have not been started. I got my shirts back, instead of taking care and folding my shirts before placing them in a plastic bag, they balled them up and shoved them in a plastic bag. They were on hangers when I dropped them off. Now I have to pay a different cleaner to press them same day, because I need them on Friday. Definitely do not recommend

Never used this place before but googled dry cleaners near me. I walk in yesterday with 6 or so items the woman walks out seems extremely frustrated says says I’m done tagging for today it will be Wednesday before you get it back or take it somewhere else other than that I don’t know what to tell you. Hands me a card says take it here. Very rude and unprofessional! I will never go back or use them! Terrible first impression!
I’m good I’ll find someone who’s professional.
