We had a great experience working with Nicole Sherman! She is easily the best realtor we have ever used! She first helped us get the lot of our dreams in Crescent Beach. It was a narrow lot with an easement and we were concerned as to whether we could build the house we wanted on that lot. Nicole researched the information on the easement for us and even set up a meeting with a builder so we could show him the survey and discuss what we wanted to build. This was above and beyond! When it came time to sell our house to move to Crescent Beach, Nicole helped with staging and scheduling a handy man to help with repairs that were needed before we put it on the market. The house sold in two weeks! She was always professional and very responsive. We gladly give her 5 stars and highly recommend!
