They were very nice. The home exit and transport representative was very professional and kind. I would only suggest that they create a series of emails outlining the status of cremation and Urn progress. In hectic times, many products do this to alert of shipping status. I would have welcomed specific details about timing and ETA and/or notice for pick up.

When my dad passed away, the people at Naugle were incredibly compassionate, efficient and helpful to my mom. They really go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the family. They are local and family owned, which isn't easy to find these days. I especially appreciated that my mom didn't get the kind of pressure and hard sell upgrade tactics that characterize so much of the funeral industry. I highly recommend Naugle and am grateful They were able to serve our family during this difficult time.
