Although all contractors are very busy, when I spoke with Phil by phone, I explained what we needed. Another electrician had been here a few days earlier to explore why a GFI circuit was not working. He said that we would have to pull a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet in the upper master bath. That would cost thousands of dollars.
