The staff is very efficient and kind starting upon entry and throughout the visit.. Dr November is great with our challenging Tootsie and listens to all concerns and questions. This level of care has been consistently excellent throughout our 33 years and 7 dogs.
Prior to going to MRAH, I was used to VERY VERY long waits and not even ever getting to see or talk to a vet - just left in the large reception room with dozens of other pets and their owners. But at MRAH, it was such a pleasant surprise. Dr November was amazing as well as the tech that saw us. Friendly, respectful to my dog and I, and took their time with him and explaining things thoroughly. My dog can be a bit protective of me and skittish, but they worked wonderfully with him. My interaction with staff has always been extremely pleasant, whether on the phone (and they actually answer!) or in the clinic. Great experience.
I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and the care my dogs receive is the best. The entire staff is caring and Attentive to my dogs needs and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else
