Over the weekend, we noticed that our toilets were flushing very slow upon further investigation. I found an alarm going off at our septic system immediately called Metro router who is the company that installed a replacement septic system of about 12 years ago they call back in about 10 minutes, were able to assess the situation and determined that it was a non-emergency to help avoid additional charges that would encourage during the weekend on Monday. One of their technicians named Tyler showed up very polite very knowledgeable. Me got to work and was able to assess the problem. Outstanding service—even working late into the night. Metro-Rooter, A Wind River Company, provided exceptional service once again. We are repeat customers, and they have consistently proven to be reliable, responsive, and professional.
We were overdue for a pump-out when our pump light and alarm came on, and Metro-Rooter responded quickly. Tyler was the first technician on site, and he was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and determined that the float had gone bad while the pump itself was still working. He was exceptional.

What a great company! They arrived between 5-6:00 p.m. because my pump was not working, Their response and professionalism was outstanding. Tyler was the first technician on site. Tyler was the most positive employee I’ve ever met. He immediately demonstrated a strong work ethic and genuine commitment to resolving the issue. He made it clear that he would do whatever was needed to get the system working properly.
