I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office. She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections. As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.
Steve arrived on time and did a very thorough termite inspection around our home. He pointed out additional areas we could do maintenance on to prevent other pests from entering our home. Highly recommend him to be your inspector.
