I had a migraine for about 20 days on and off and was in such pain when I walked into Carrie’s office. She was so very kind, so professional yet personable, and so incredibly skilled at what she does. She knew exactly what I needed, and within 1 hour, made my 20 day migraine (and knots) disappear. What a relief - amazing🙏

By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Carrie actually listens to you and targets the areas that you need help with. Massages should be about helping your body heal long term and that’s exactly what you get from Carrie. Highly recommend

I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and have been looking for a therapeutic massage therapist but have been unable to find one
A friend recommended Carrie and I couldn't have been more pleased.
I have chronic neck and back pain. After Carrie's targeted deep tissue approach, in her relaxing atmosphere, I felt significantly better after 1 visit.
