After contacting them and being told they would have a sales rep contact me, 2 days went by before i had to reach out again. Rep was then 4 hours late showing up. They then rescheduled the appointment date, then came out and upon looking at our issue a second time said it was a different material and asked to reschedule again. Then just didn't even show up to the appointment at all. Amos is who I primarily dealt with, don't appreciate the complete waste of time.

Our granite countertops gleamed after MarbleLife cleaned and polished them. They even recaulk the sink.
The terazzo floor had damage from carpet tack strips around the perimeter of the room and from the 6x9 floor registers of the previous AC/heater unit. MarbleLife fixed all of these areas, blending the repair with the floor.
Very satisfied with the quality and professionalism. I love my terazzo floor and granite counters new look.

Floors look amazing. Except my baseboards. I wasn’t aware that my baseboards we’re going to be ruined and I had to replace / repaint some. They are very knowledgeable about floors. Good customer service. I’m still waiting for a call back from Wes.

A bit more of a struggle than I expected to finally achieve completion but the end result was quite a postive transformation for my old MCM and I love the end result! Not nearly as messy as I had anticipated which is a big plus!
