I went in for a highlight and to trim the very ends of my hair becuse I like it long which it was. I told her that I want to keep my hair long , so just trim the very ends. She agrees. Afterwards, my hair was like half gone and so thin and so short!! My hair was so full and wavy to the middle of my back. Now it is just below my shoulders and thin! It’s like she cut hair out to make it thinner!! So my pony tail now is so tiny and thin… it used to be so long down my back and its like 5 times less then what it was. I used to be able to use any scrunchie and tie it around my hair. Now… those same scrunchies don’t work. I have to tie my hair like 5 times in it!
It took me 6 years to grow my hair out to what it was. She did not listen to what I asked her to do and then when I told her how I felt.. she said “ sorry, have you changed your diet lately!!” I’m thinking … no I didn’t just on the way home from you !
She did not refund me or show any care!
I absolutely hate how it looks all the time.
You should leave a salon feeling better about yourself … not the opposite!!

I cannot say enough good things about Luxe and Co! The salon is beautiful and welcoming and always super clean. I have had my hair done by Sammy and Kaily, I always leave feeling beautiful! Everyone is highly skilled, kind, caring and just enjoyable to be around. My 4 year old son will only let Kaily cut his hair and he asks for her by name! Both of my girls ages 12 and 7 also get their hair cut at Luxe and Co!

I have been seeing Kaily for a little over a year now and cannot recommend her enough! I have naturally curly hair but I wear it straight. She knows how to handle my hair and does the best blowout! My hair seems more manageable with whatever magic and suggestions she has provided over the last year. Their space is beautiful and clean and I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the stylists here. They are all so sweet and make you feel right at home.

I’ve been seeing Sammy at Luxe&Co for almost 10 years. I only trust her with my hair! I consistently get compliments on my color and recommend Sammy and her sister in law, Kaily to any and everyone!

I was on a zoom call yesterday and thought “damn my eyebrows look good”, and that’s all thanks to Kaily. You couldn’t even tell I HAD eyebrows before Kaily. I also go to her for my eyelash lift & tint; it’s so nice to just be able to put on a light powder and be ready to leave the house knowing my brows and lashes already look on point. Her salon is beautifully decorated and relaxing, and she’s awesome making the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

I love my stylist, Teresa, she listens and works her magic! I would highly recommend her( and have) for all your hair needs!

I think this picture is all you really need to know! So so happy with how my brow microblading & shading went. It has seriously changed my life. Kaily is very pleasant to deal with and her studio is comfortable and cute. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone.

Thank god I found Kaily!! I previously had mine done by a different artist and I was not completely satisfied. After my appointment with Luxe Brow Babez, my eyebrows have never been more perfect! She is very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I love waking up and not having to worry about that extra 10 minutes to slap my brows back on! This service is a game changer and I will forever trust kaily with any permanent makeup needs!!
