Have been coming here since 1992 when it was called Beauclerc Lou's and was located at the triangle of San Jose and St. Augustine. Always quality and cost effective. My wife has also had permanents done here.

Lou's Barbers and Hair Salon, located in Mandarin since 1977, offers a wide range of services from flattops to foils. Nam, one of the stylists, is experienced and skilled, providing phenomenal haircuts for both adults and children. She is especially patient and efficient with kids, making the experience less daunting for them. Ken, another stylist, is a master of his craft, highly recommended for his excellent styling skills. He is known for his memorable catchphrase, "You grow it, I mow it!" and has loyal customers who wouldn't trust their hair with anyone else.

Ken did a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. He is very competent and professional. He takes his job seriously and i’m looking forward to seeing him again. I will certainly recommend Ken to others looking for a great barber/stylist.
Ken is wonderful. I loved how cute this barbershop is and how friendly everyone is. I am sure all the barbers are great but my kids have built a relationship with Ken and he does such great work!
