Jacob, though new, was extremely knowledgable and curteous. In fact, when we had shipping delays due to the holidays, he personally reached out to other locations in our area and found product from the Gainesville office, whereby they delivered the flooring within days. Michelle was also helpful with this process.Watson installation (specifically Gustavo) did a meticulous job and everything was clean and perfectly installed when complete.I would highly recommend LL Flooring and I will certainly contact them again if I ever need new floors.
I worked with Danielle today. I came in and was completely frustrated because I had already gone to home depot. She was very knowledgeable and even told me the material would fit in my car. My purchase only took 20 minutes tops. Danielle made my day!! Thanks LLFlooring Regency!
