My experience surely was not pleasant. I booked the bestie package for my two girls and a friend. I informed the person setting it up that it was for a 2year old. They only had two fairy’s for my 3kids there which meant one kid was always waiting on the side. Then the one fairy that had two kids was very inpatient. Not pleasant at all until she realized I was not a happy customer.i asked if she worked with children their age…and she said well they’re usually about 5…. Never was I told that the children needed to be older or I would’ve booked elsewhere. My 2 year old dropped her book in the water by accident and the fairy seemed very aggravated by it. I was left at the table by myself helping my kids do braclets while they were trying to get water up and chasing the beads that dropped As if that couldn’t have been done after our session. Another party came in and my session was definitely cut short because of it.i was asked how was my experience because you could definitely tell I wasn’t happy.i politely let her know and all I got was oh sorry for that your total is….. like what…not a happy customer my daughter literally was upset with her arms crossed when we left. Definitely wouldn’t take my young kids here as they have no patience at all. My daughters birthday was ruined
Edit: Just look at the reply they wrote 4 months after I left my review…says a lot about the company. Really could have saved that.

Girl Dad here, me and my wife took our 2 beautiful daughters to this place and when I thought they couldn’t look any better the spa surprised us, Isabella was so helpful and interactive she made the inanimate objects and clothes on the wall come alive and it became a princess party we loved it and was worth every penny every moment great experience

I visited this place today for my nieces birthday, and I can not recommend this place enough!!! She felt so special and she was treated like a princess by Maria. I must say Maria was amazing and she went above and beyond for us!!! Will be definitely coming back! 💗

Isabella did an amazing job with the BFF treatment for my daughter’s birthday! They had such an amazing time and loved it everything. She remained in character and was very friendly with the girls. Highly recommend for your girls spa day! Will definitely be coming again.
