I really hate leaving this review because I love supporting Black-owned businesses, but I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM and spoke directly with Lina, the owner, who told me exactly what hair I needed to purchase. I spent close to $150 on hair in preparation for my appointment. When I arrived on Monday at 4:00 PM for my scheduled appointment, a young woman looked me in my face and asked if I could come back Tuesday because they were booked. I was honestly in shock and couldn’t believe I was being asked to reschedule after confirming my appointment and spending money to prepare. I explained that I had a flight to catch on Tuesday, but I felt dismissed and like my situation wasn’t being taken seriously. This experience ruined my birthday plans and left me feeling defeated. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want bad energy attached to an experience that was supposed to make me feel good. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I found the customer service unreliable and disappointing. Please communicate clearly with clients and respect people’s time and money.

The style I got looks fine after I cut some boho out. I’m not sure what happened but the boho was not evenly placed. It looked weird like two different kinds of hair. Also my parts are all different sizes. I shouldn’t have to fix my hair after paying 200+

I asked for extra small waist-length braids, and they turned out amazing. The braids are very neat and consistent throughout. The best part was that it only took 7 hours. I’ll definitely be back!
