I have used Kevin for years as my home inspector for multiple insurance companies. He is always reasonable and very efficient in his inspections. I have never had to call him back for missing something the insurance companies wanted. Insurance companies have been very particular of late, and I try to keep everything up to date. He does my four point inspection and my wind mitigation inspection and I get a much better policy with a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Don Seely. Florida
