Kevin always does a great job! He is always on time, has a great home inspection report, is accomidating, and always helpful when anyone has a need or question. 5 Stars/would recommend you anyone needing a home inspecton, WDO, wind mitigation, or 4 Point inspection.
This is my second go around with KS Inspections. Kevin is very knowledgeable and explains the process thoroughly. He was on time which is important to me. His reports were given to us by the end of the day with photos and details to the 4pt inspection. I will use him again and refer him to anyone who needs one. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I was worried about getting the home inspection completed, because I wasn't sure if all the required areas were accessible, but, Kevin was able to work around alot of stuff, included a piano to inspect everything he needed to see. Kevin was very accommodating and knowledgeable about anything I asked him. I couldn't be happier with Kevin's service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin to anyone.
