Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not a spec of the old glass can be found. 5 stars (10 stars?) Toby was the best! We replaced a 90s glass block window with a custom one. Toby was in and out in under 3hrs (4hrs alloted, these glass blocks are trickier than a normal window to remove, a lot more demo and you have to be careful since they explode when breaking!). So glad we went with Toby and Koehler - definitely will use again!
I entrusted Kohler Home Improvement to install a new front door to my house about a month ago. The door arrived in a short amount of time and was installed in half a day. After installation I noticed a minor defect and made Kohler aware of it and they had the installer there that day. He diagnosed the problem and returned the next day to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend Kohler Home Improvement for any of your housing upgrades not only were they competitively priced they also have excellent customer service.
The follow up at the end was the most impressive thing-- Tom came over after the city inspection and buttoned up everything. He even fixed this exterior element that had nothing to do with the windows- he just knew how to fix it, and did it. I would definitely choose Koehler again (and will) as we have a door project coming up... Thanks Toby and team!
