I had a wonderful experience at Kings Trail Animal Hospital. The entire team was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my pet’s well-being. Dr. Doll was so warn and took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and everyone made sure me and my pet felt comfortable throughout the visit.
The staff was friendly, professional, and the office was clean and welcoming. It’s clear that everyone here truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary team I can trust and highly recommend Kings Trail Animal Hospital to anyone looking for outstanding care for their pets.

Walked in early for a 10:30 appointment, waited about 3 minutes, and the tech came and got Ferguson. We were out of there by 10:35. They are so good with my nervous Nelly!

I have been going to King’s Trails Animal Hospital for over 10 years with all my pets. The veterinarian there was amazing—he cared for my animals, my mother’s, sister’s, and nephew’s animals. When my pet had cancer, he called me personally and waited for me to drive back from Tampa at 8 p.m. to say goodbye. That’s why I chose King’s Trails. However, in recent years, that doctor left. Since then, the staff and facility have lost that original presence. Today, I called to get my pet’s prescription. The manager returned my call and was rude, nasty, and disregarded what I said. She accused me of yelling, which I was not. My medical condition causes cognitive difficulties. She didn’t know that, but either way, it’s none of her business. Yet, she wouldn’t stop talking over me. She’s the reason I disliked the transition, and now she’s the reason I’m leaving. If she treats me like that, how could I trust my pet with them when I’m not there? No thanks. I’ll never return. It’s no longer a trusted local vet—it might as well be an upscale PetSmart vet hospital.
Kathy, thank you for being there with us all these years. You’ve been a true angel to me and my pets. In fact, you should be the manager, not that lady. You have both the intellectual and emotional capability to do a better job. Anyone who owns that facility should take a hard look at you, because that manager needs to go.

My dog had to get a claw ripped out. Called day of and they squeezed her in. Efficient and my dog was comfortable around the Doctor, nurse, and staff. I highly recommend Kings Trail. So does the pup!
