He was extremely punctual, highly knowledgeable, and very professional, and he came directly to our home to perform a flawless full service on our generator, with no additional or hidden costs, all at a very fair price. He also took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, including what was needed and whether any issues or potential concerns were identified. Without a doubt, he is highly recommended, and we will definitely continue to rely on his services in the future.

11/5/2025, Jeff of Kent's Mobile RV Generator Service came to my rescue to repair my 2002 generator in my motorhome, He took all the covers off and replaced the fuel pump, not a easy job....I am so happy its repaired...I rate his skills and knowledge 110%..!!!..and He had the needed new fuel pump in his truck..wow..I got lucky !!!

The entire experience could have not been better. The diagnosis on my generator issue was accurate. The repair was fast. I had only one person, Jeff, to deal with which made the entire process efficient, easy and smooth. Great job.
