Was very pleased with JC Home Medical. They were able schedule an appointment and have the equipment ready in two days. Trevor did an excellent job in explaining all the details of the equipment and making sure I had all the necessary supplies. He was very pleasant and readily answered all of our questions and concerns. This is first time dealing with them and I am very happy I did. Would gladly recommend them.

JC Medical has been nothing short of amazing in helping my 87 year old mother with her CPap machine and breathing issues. Catherine, Richard, and Amanda have ALL made phone calls, visits, and deliveries to doctors, hospitals, and rehab facilities to ensure that my precious momma had the equipment that she depends on. We feel so blessed by their dedication, compassion and attention to detail. I am forever grateful.

Trevor was amazing. He went over in detail how to use my CPAP machine. He made sure to give me a mask that I felt comfortable using and he made sure that it fit to make sure that I would get the best results from it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially with this being my first time having a CPAP. I gave JC Medical 5 stars cause Trevor was AMAZING!!The only negative part was the receptionist. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. From the moment I walked in the door she just looked at me with no greeting. She asked me what was the reason of my visit and handed me a sheet to sign and a face mask with no explanation of what I was signing....read full review
