Jeremiah was very friendly and patient when he installed our new water heater. He was on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job with the installation. There had been a small miscommunication about the unit to be installed, but he went out of his way to resolve the issue for us.
Richa, the sales manager was flexible and accommodating. He responded to our calls and emails promptly. They were able to schedule our installation quickly, called and texted when the technician was on their way, and showed up when they said they would.

Ray was my technician this time and he was an excellent young man! He was in and out very quickly. Inside air handler was fine and outside unit was equally as fine. I have my unit checked every 6 months just to make sure everything is okay. I recommend J&W heating and air + Plumbing.
