We want to thank the whole crew from the initial design, to picking out all the materials, to the fabulous tile work, to expert cabinet installation, to great supervision, and your great scheduling. My name is Susan Morrill-Slater. Recently we had a guest bathroom remodeled. I am over the moon at the results. From start to finish the communication was stellar. Each team member who did the work were exceptional. Special shout out to our designer Nikki. She was amazing. Extremely helpful in our design. So easy to work with and her design experience was superb. She created a beautiful bathroom as the 3 of us were all involved and she listened to our ideas. Overall Incredible Kitchen and Bath did a great job on our Master Bath remodel. The final product was amazing. It did take longer than expected (expected 5-6weeks, took 9 weeks). Our Designer, Niki was fantastic. She did a great job helping us design the bathroom and pick out all materials and accessories. Anne also did a great job project managing the work and was always very responsive to our requests. I would use IKB again for a future remodel. Giving 4 stars, but would be 5 if the project had finished closer to the expectation.
