In Motion is a great place to get moving again after an injury or surgery. I tore my meniscus years ago and eventually, I couldn't really walk without dragging my leg. My orthopedist at JOI wrote me a prescription for physical therapy and what a difference it made. Over about 4 months my muscles were stronger and I learned how to walk without a limp. My husband, who has sciatica, was helped so much with strength training and massage by Kelly Downs. Dr. Joanna Frantz is a brilliant physical therapist who can guide you to start moving again. I highly recommend In Motion.
