John is amazing!!! He arrived prompt for the inspection. He greeted me with a smile, Introduced himself, explained his process, asked if I had questions, then began the inspection. He was very professional and detailed with the inspection of our home.
Quick to set up appointment!! Joe was kind enough to explain the issues and concerns with a detailed report for all his recommendations. If there could be a six star out of the rating it goes to Joe!!!
The inspector was kind to explain to everything with us. He did a very good job by thoroughly examining the house's major systems and structural components, both inside and out, looking for safety hazards, damage, and potential problems.
