I have had many rugs cleaned by Heirloom and they do a superb job. The gentleman are very nice, I’ve had them picked up and brought back and I just would not use any other company.!!
Excellent customer service, rugs look like new and a great company. We have used heirloom for probably 10 years plus. They pick up from our home and a week later, they come back like new. Todd and Chris did the pick up - great guys. Todd and Mike did the return - again, just nice. The owners name is Pee-Wee. Very easy to deal with and always responsive. This company has been a great find when we first moved here and continues excellence throughout the years
I called Heirloom to get a quote for cleaning several of our large Persian rugs. Their quote was in line with others and they were available to pickup when I needed. All of their personnel I've spoken with have been friendly and helpful. They even agreed to hold on to the cleaned rugs for a few extra days until we moved into our new home. The rugs are clean and most importantly no dye transfer (which happened with a competitor). I will definitely use them again.
