Went again after a great massage a couple months ago. The woman I had was gone (if anyone knows where Gianna is now, let me know!),so I booked a different woman. After a few minutes I started to realize that something felt a little weird. Eventually I realized that she was wearing gloves.
I felt to uncomfortable to say anything in the moment, but if I had known in advance, I would have rebooked with someone else. The massage itself was okay, but once I noticed the gloves they became very distracting. It was not as relaxing as bare hands!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Jaqueline, and I must say it was exceptional. Her professionalism, technique, and attention to detail made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a high-quality massage.

The front desk staff and managers need to lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't want to be stressed coming or leaving the spa!!! They need to understand this is a spa, not a flee market or a war zone! Use your professional inside voices! Negative 10 on staff and managers!!
