H&R Massage is an amazing and lovely clean place in Jacksonville, offering some of the best massages. The staff is friendly, caring, professional, attentive, and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and expert, really listening to what the body needs. They provide wonderful, incredible, and relaxing yet therapeutic deep tissue massage, along with stretch sessions and cupping therapy. The service offers great relief from severe back tension, headaches, and body issues, leaving clients feeling refreshed, loose, completely rejuvenated, and like a brand new person. The prices are very reasonable and fair for the level of expertise. It is highly recommended as a new go-to for routine massages, worth every penny.
I was on day 2 of this nasty headache. I called H&R to see if they had an opening. They did in an hour. I went and Rana took me right in and massaged away what I have not been able to get relief from for 2 days.

Best massage in Jacksonville. I was suffering from severe back tension and headaches and finally found relief with the expert deep tissue massage. Very reasonable price and friendly, caring staff. My new go-to.
One of the best massages I’ve ever received. Fairly priced especially with the level of expertise. I received a 1 hr massage with cupping. That was a wonderful experience as well. A day later I feel like a brand new person will definitely be back for routine massages and cupping therapy especially as an avid gym goer. I recommend this place to everyone.
