Vaydem was AMAZING he was very PROFESSIONAL and made me feel very COMFORTABLE… He took his time and did not rush while he was doing my cleaning.. he will definitely only want him to do my cleaning again.. Thank You Vaydem YOU ROCK !!!!!!

First few appts were nice but now they keep messing up my kids appts, not putting in their systems their 1st mistake and saying that we're late for an appt when I was on time for at least one of them and wouldn't see my kid. The front offices are always giving excuses in person because they're not being recorded on call and they don't answer or call back when leaving a voicemail or send text reminders of appts. Front desk are always with some sort of attitude, very unprofessional and lacking respect. I would give 0 stars if I could and after seeing all the reviews it seems it's been going on for years

i went for braces here they told me one prices. 4 months later ended up charging me more and 3 months later after i got my braces remove they also charge my card with out any authorization. this places is garbage. i got my cleaning done here and the lady was so hard on my theeth and also in a rush.

I have been trying to call to reschedule an appointment for my children left voicemails and no one has returned my calls. I’m very disappointed with lack of communication.

They have about 5 people at the front desk that do not answer the phone. Unsafe practices with patients in the office.

Yesterday around 2pm-3:30pm the two ladies at the desk were not so friendly they would talk about me every time I stepped away from the desk. I use to not have any issues out of this place but yesterday them two ladies that sit close to the front entrance door soon as you walk in was very unprofessional. It was a black girl by the window and a Puerto Rican one next to her idk what her culture was. I was shocked on how I was treated and very disappointed. They showed no good customer service at all. Made me feel uncomfortable.

The worst clinic to make an appointment for children. They never have an appoitment available!! ; when you find one, it's usually 3 or 4 months away. Luckily, I managed to get one; it was at 1 p.m. I had to pick my children up from school at 12:30 pm. When I arrived, they told me the doctor would need to see them in two hours or more. This is a huge lack of respect!!!!!.The children miss classes and get anxious from all the waiting. If they only have one Pediatric Doctor or they need more medical assistances, this isn't my problem; it's the children who are waiting and getting anxious. Respect the schedule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I would like to give 0 stars.

The experience at Greendental was not good due to the excessive wait time for my children to be seen. Even though I had an appointment scheduled three months ago, I had to take them out of school, missing classes. They made us wait much longer than expected (two hours), which is very uncomfortable for children who get anxious and tire easily. There was no good organization or consideration for young patients. They should definitely improve their punctuality and appointment management, as the lack of respect for children's and parents' time leaves much to be desired.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the repeated billing issues and unprofessional conduct my family and I have experienced at your office since my daughter began her orthodontic treatment in February 2025.
Despite being consistently told by your billing department that our balance is under $300 and that we are caught up, we are still being asked to pay more at each visit. We’ve made regular payments and have been actively working to manage any remaining balance. Unfortunately, this has not been reflected accurately during our in-person visits.
Each time we arrive, we are confronted with a different amount due, and this inconsistency is both confusing and unacceptable. Additionally, Angela at the front desk has repeatedly addressed our billing situation loudly and rudely in front of other patients, embarrassing my family and violating our right to privacy. Her behavior has been consistently unprofessional and disrespectful.
Furthermore, Dr. Bryce Gabler has refused to proceed with my daughter's treatment despite our balance being under $300 — which we’ve been assured by the billing department is within acceptable limits, especially considering our ongoing payments and active insurance coverage.
We were also told that insurance processing takes 30–45 days, which seems unnecessarily long given that our policy is active and should be processed more efficiently.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite paying for services, they were not provided as promised. When I sought assistance, Angela at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. She refused to contact billing to clarify the issue and instead acted as though she had all the answers, even rolling her eyes at me. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
