Subject: Complaint Regarding Refusal of Service and Denial of Refund I am writing to formally document an incident that occurred during a recent visit to a dental office in Jacksonville, Florida. On Tuesday afternoon, while traveling for work, I experienced a dental emergency when the cap of a veneer tooth fell out. Due to a scheduled business meeting, I sought immediate assistance at your office as a walk-in patient, requesting a simple temporary reattachment of the cap until I could return to my primary dentist in Colorado. As I did not have insurance, I paid $89 upfront using my credit card. After waiting approximately one hour, I was finally seen by the dentist. During the brief interaction (approximately two minutes), I explained my situation and specifically requested a temporary solution only. The dentist insisted that I undergo X-rays before any assistance could be provided. I clearly communicated that I did not wish to proceed with X-rays because I was traveling, did not intend to establish ongoing care at your office, and only needed a temporary fix. The dentist responded that she could not provide any treatment without X-rays. At that point, I informed her that I would seek care elsewhere and requested a refund, as no treatment or service had been provided. My request was denied, and I was told the charge was for “the service,” despite the fact that no treatment was rendered and assistance was refused. The dentist then left the room without further explanation. All what they had to do is to glue the cap that fell off back to the tooth or refund the money since they rejected the service so I can pay another dentist to get it done . Unbelievable, It's all about the money!

Appointment was at 10 there was only two people in the lobby yet I didn’t get pulled back until 10:35. X-rays some how took another 30 minutes by the time 11 hit they told me to have a good day but I was there for a cleaning 😵💫😅 they ended up fitting me in but to be honest the cleaning was crazy rough and everything was just disorganized and weird ended up leaving at 1130 but got there at 9:50. My biggest complaint though is how awkward the room I’m going to post was…. other patients were walking through my room back and forth…. Very awkward.

If I could put a zero star, I would this is the creepiest Dentist in Jacksonville probably actually in the state of Florida they never answer your phone calls. They never return your phone calls with information that you ask. They absolutely are horrible.

The dentist’s conduct during my recent visits was highly unprofessional. I initially came to the office for a routine cleaning and was informed that I had three cavities, which was surprising given that I had not had any cavities in over 10 years. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the recommended treatment and had three fillings completed at the end of 2025. As of March 2026, two of the three treated teeth were still causing pain when chewing. I returned to the office several times to address the issue. During my visit on March 13, 2026, the dentist informed me that I would need to be referred to another provider. Before she would examine my tooth or begin any procedure, I was presented with paperwork and told that I had to sign it first. When I asked questions about the document and expressed concerns about what I was being asked to sign, the dentist became argumentative and raised her voice in front of other patients. I found this interaction to be inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.
Edit: Dr. Vibhuti Garg is the one I saw. Never again!!!!

They have so many people working at the frontdesk and nobody answers the phone, ever. Making and appointment or trying to reschedule, or even confirm an appointment over the phone is a nightmare. Please, get your administrative staff fixed and improve your communication with your patients.

I really like the dentist, however the disorganization and miscommunication at this office is horrible. I will most likely have to find a new dentist because of it.

I don't even like to post negative but this place did it for the last time! I don't even want to give a star but of course you have to to make a post. This place is definitely unprofessional the front staff NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED on their job duties they act nonchalant especially the one girl at the front I wish I would of got her name cause she DONT CARE LAZY WORKER! and how to speak to someone correctly. They are young minded. I came in with an emergency because I was told we can do walk ins. My 7 year old has cavity issues along with a heart issue and still they say no they are closed for walk ins and not taking nobody!! So disappointing because I called out and called ahead of time so if closed for emergency walk ins WHY NOT PUT THAT ON THE PHONE AS U CALL IN TO CHECK FOR LAST MINUTE WALK INS. I dont have a car im on bus or walking. This place sucks and I won't be going back!! This place needs to be redone completely in and out!!
