My husband and I came to this clinic for the first time for a checkup and teeth cleaning. Ultimately, I was forced to undergo a service that my insurance doesn't cover and that I didn't really need. They tried to force my husband to undergo a deep cleaning based solely on x-rays and under the pretext that he wouldn't pay for it, even though our insurance doesn't fully cover such services.

Money hungry office, I’d avoid all Greenberg practices. If you go with concerns they’ll brush it off and try to sell you out of pocket procedures.

TLDR: SO FRAUDULENT! Greenberg Dental is doing anything and everything they can to make the customer pay more out of pocket. Their actions are fraudulent. Bring a copy of your dental insurance ‘Schedule of Benefits’ and ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable with your treatment decision. Make sure they code the work properly (they won’t) so your insurance can provide the appropriate coverage for services included in your plan. I filed a grievance with my insurance for this fraudulent behavior. Greenberg is one of their leading providers (most in my area), yet they don’t even offer materials/services listed in their contracts with the insurance, or they code them differently to avoid insurance coverage.
I have been a customer of Greenberg for years and never had any issues. I moved to a different location after not visiting for 1+ years, and I was greeted with nothing but issues in terms of service and billing.
I needed 2 crowns, never had crowns before. My insurance states it covers crowns of certain materials. Of course this office said that they only offer Zirconia crowns, a material not covered in my dental plan. They code it as a porcelain fused to base metal crown (D2751), this is covered in my plan. However they add on a code labeled Cosmetic Upgrade (D1111) since they don’t have a code in their system for Zirconia. Sources online state that Zirconia should be coded as porcelain/ceramic crowns.
I didn’t think getting dental work would be this costly, annoying, and stressful with dental insurance. Who knew keeping a healthy mouth is as bad as working with a shady, used car salesman!?
I will update my review if I am provided only the necessary dental care that I need, coded correctly, and at an affordable price given my dental coverage.

Overpriced even with insurance. It's like a factory and other patients walk through your room while you're being seen.

They do provide the service they offer, but their front desk service leaves much to be desired. The most disappointing part is that I still haven’t received the reimbursement for a surgery one of my daughters had. They already billed and collected from my insurance (Aetna), yet after three months I’ve received nothing—not even a phone call—only excuses. Be careful

My husband and I came in as new patients. Cleaning and hygienist did a great job and communicated well.
I saw the female dentist for less than one minute. She stated what I needed in a way that she was in such a hurry. My bill for myself would be $8,000 after insurance. My husband got in the car and he got quoted the same high bill. There was no explanation to why we would need so much work done and why it was so expensive we thought it was ridiculous.
We looked around and found another dentistry: Lakeside Dental. The dentist was thorough with explaining everything and took their time. The bil received to Get all work done was $600 for me and $200 for my husband. Completely in shock with what Greenberg is trying to do to people! They just want to crown everything and have you pay a hefty sum. Ridiculous!! I would not recommend this place

They don’t care about you. They care about your money. I realized too late. Juhi Soni diagnosed issues without clearly explaining them, and I blindly trusted her. They upcharge, perform substandard work, and fail to provide proper informed consent. If the treatment plan doesn’t align with previous dental work you’ve received, run. They don’t use loupes, they don’t isolate the tooth properly, and they add unspecified billing codes without submitting them to your insurance.
I went in for a cleaning with no pain or sensitivity, trusted their treatment plan, and left with nerve damage. I’ve been going to this practice for years without needing any work done before this. Now, it’s been almost six months of pain. My life will never be the same, and they don’t care. Please, please get a second opinion or better yet, don’t walk into this place at all.

I had been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Bennett was worth the drive, even after I moved. He prioritized minimizing pain, both physical and financial. The new dentist, Dr. Soni, couldn't seem to care less about either. Have to replace a crown their office put in and then broke Themselves a year later? $500. No warnings for shots. And flossing so hard it literally pulled my head to the side repeatedly. This office had a lot of 5 star reviews in the past. Expect to see a lot more 1s and 2s from now on.

I recently went here and Juhi Soni was the dentist that worked on my teeth. She is a terrible dentist who did a crown for me and I have been in excruciating pain for months. When I came back in they were extremely rude and unhelpful. This practice used to be run by Dr. Bennet and he was an amazing dentist and was the reason I came to this practice in the first place. He no longer runs this dental office and I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this dental office due to predatory dental practices.
