Absolutely wonderful experience. From the phone call to schedule my appointment with Lydia (I hope that’s her name) to receiving my injection with Zed. Lydia made the check in an easy welcoming experience and Zed was very knowledgeable about everything! The office is beautiful and calming inside, I drove from Gainesville and will definitely make the drive again. Thank you!
I called to make an appointment with Go beyond aesthetics. Being a senior citizen and not doing well with technology, I had several questions and had to ask for assistance in completing the task. Lidieth was extremely helpful. She was polite, patient and most professional. She is an asset to her employer!! Because of her good attitude, I am looking forward to my appointment!!
Wonderful experience starting from when you walk through the door. Whole office staff is welcoming and helpful. Both Dr Zedd and Elma make sure you are comfortable. The work Dr. Zedd does is beautiful. I have learned so much from just two appointments. Looking forward to my next visit!
