If you are looking to lose a few inch in as little as one session, this is the place to go. Very clean, friendly, and highly professional with great results. Also, great for military if you are looking to lose a few inches before PRT/PFA, post op, or just trying to get a jumpstart on that summer body. In my experience, it works well with a healthy diet and exercise. I lost a half of inch in my waist on my first session. I would suggest getting one of the packages to start for best results. I will definitely be returning.
