I’ve worked with a plenty of contractors before while renovating houses and doing general upkeep. The list of contractors I’d trust without my own supervision is incredibly short. The incentive structure always seems to promote corner cutting. Even with the best contractors, it seems, you have to advocate for yourself and your property.
