Jacob and Kyle did great job on our toilet after it flooded. I was so surprised that they were able to get to my home under minutes. They even detailed our toilet and gave us new appliances too! They were very polite to my small children and did everything all within a few hours. I'd love to have this company again. They really go above and beyond.

I rent & this is the second plumbing co that has been out to fix our TOTAL house blockage, which I have been dealing with for a month. From the moment I spoke to Elvis over the phone, I felt heard. The two men that showed up to fix it, Daniel & Travis, were professional, courteous, and even when it looked like they were not gonna be able to fix (in the scope that my landlord allowed) they explained patiently for me to understand - and said they were going to keep trying... and DID & WAS SUCCESSFUL. They are heros in MY BOOK anyways! Much respect !!

All four of the individuals who have serviced my home have been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Elvis has been very polite and given accurate arrival times. The plumbers all showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and were refreshingly not condescending while talking about plumbing with a single female. I highly recommend Florida Empire Plumbing!
