Nothing but a most pleasant and professional experience. Doug at the store was awesome, helpful, and highly responsive. Cody Owen, our installer, was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. You can't beat that combination!
Braden at the Jacksonville store was very helpful and friendly, fantastic customer service , we bought wood flooring and had his installers put it in. Richard and crew did a fantastic job , they were very polite and did a very good job doing the install and very professional , after install they double checked everything, and cleaned up afterwards.

My overall experience with Floor Trader was great. I did my entire home in LVP with the bedrooms carpeted.
I worked with Doug and Jim in sales who helped me find the right type of LVP and carpet. The real treat was meeting the installer Calvin Smith. He was the difference for me. He is a lifelong expert who started in the flooring industry as a very young man. He has his son and friends helping him and they do incredible work. Thank you Floor trader and Calvin and Dalton for your attention to detail. You made the entire experience better than expected.
