Disabled Veteran working through issues with billing from the Radiologist office in my area, and when I called the Collection Company Americollect and spoke with Lori, it was terrible and she immediately pushed me to contact First Coast Billing Group. I spoke with Marco and he was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and let me know that due to the providers missed timely filling, he was going to get with Americollect to cancel the collection notice as the provider never submitted a bill to the VA (or me) and it was immediately sent to collections. Marco let me know to call back in a week, and if it is all taken care of, like he said it would be, I'll come back to change...read full review

I had the most pleasant experience with a young man named Marco. He was professional, understanding and was a true pleasure to work with. He is the perfect example of how to treat a customer.

In the past I did have issues with not being answered when calling due to high call volume BUT recently I called and got help within 2 minutes. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable.
