After receiving my car back for the amount of money $350 I was expecting a much better job to be done. There are parts of the car that don’t even look like they’ve been touched. Like the steering wheel is still covered in dirt and same with the trunk area. I also feel like there are some small areas of the paint that look worse than before. I was also considering bringing my 911 here but after this I definitely won’t be. For the money I spent I would have rather gone somewhere else.

Beth was easy to work with when scheduling. But she is not just a scheduler. She is knowledgeable about the process and she was helpful in explaining the paint protection film (PPF) process to me. I had PPF applied to two of my cars one after the other! Firehouse Auto Spa was recommended to me by my contacts at Stevenson Collision in Fernandina Beach,. Stevenson Collision does top notch work so I knew that if they gave me advice it would be good advice. And it was.

I got ceramic coating at this location recently. The results were amazing! Beth responded to my questions quickly and throughly. Mark was able to fix a spot that I had on my hood even though the car was brand new. Everybody there was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business. 🤩

Pricey, but worth it. I've had 3 cars done by them and have never been disappointed. The wrap on one car started bubbling after 1.5 years and I took it back and they corrected the problem at no charge.

Service and everything was great. Got my new 2026 tesla model y performance done but unfortunately there are like 6 spots of scratches on the front windshield tint like the picture attached. Getting quoted almost 1k you wouldn’t expect this many scratches. They did finish the whole car in two hours which was nice and they got me in on a holiday so can’t knock their service. Just wish the front windshield didn’t have noticeable scratches and folds. Second car brought here.
