Frizzy at the counter was very helpful and helping me get what I needed. She went above and beyond with helping me with what service was needed for me. She has great customer service. It was welcoming to come into the building to her bright smile.

Unbelievably poor service, don’t go to this shop and save yourself the time and headache, I had an appointment at the blanding shop but apparently they don’t do warranty work so they sent me to this one, I took it in and they looked at it and later in the day I called and they said by the time I got there my car would be done, when I get there it’s not done and they ordered the wrong part, how they did that is beyond me as I gave them an itemized listed on what exactly needs to be done because it was just inspected by another shop. They quite literally said I could pick it up the following day (Saturday) I was okay with this because their website and even their front door says on Saturdays they’re open until Four, I was working Saturday and kept calling them to no answer so I’d leave a voicemail and then I went there after work they were closed and they’re closed on Sundays, what was supposed to take an afternoon took almost 4 days to get my car back, it came back with the paint covered in oil around the hood, the first person I dealt with was incredibly rude, and they never returned my calls, the whole experience was terrible. Do not bring your car here unless you’re willing to part with it for longer than you expect.
