Always an excellent workout. Ilene’s experience as a physical therapist always adds to the experience and is particularly useful when I have new injuries or concerns where I need evaluation and a treatment plan
Everything about this studio is amazing! The moment you walk in the door, you just feel calm. Ilene’s instruction is wonderful— not only do you learn what to do, you learn why and, if needed, how to modify for your body. Ilene wants you to listen to your body while engaging in understanding your body. I couldn’t recommend a better studio.
