I've never had a problem with the doctors or anyone here so if you feel like your an addict maybe you are and you need help they are not a NA place treat your medication with respect and stop trying to get more than the doctor can prescribe

This office is getting worse and worse with their patient treatment. They have a PA that treats all patients like drug addicts. She makes changes to people's medication for no reason, than when you call, you stay all day long asking them to fix the issue they created, and get treated as if u r bothering them. Then they tell you doctors are done for the day, and u need to wait till Monday if u call on a Thur, I mean they cannot get any worse with patient's treatment. Stay away from this office if u want to be treated with any respect. I was a patient there for over 10 yrs, I left bcuz of how I was treated by doctors and office staff. I really like all the staff and the doctors here. I been a patient with Emed for 2 & a half years now. The insurance acceptance has changed for a lot of patients. I got fortunate to be put on the insurance they accept, so I can keep seeing my drs here. I am blessed I don't have to find another primary doctor, pain specialist, etc. anyway the place is a 5 star facility. I can call and actually speak to a person on the phone and not a machine. They are super nice if you need to cancel a appt and schedule a new one. I have never had a problem getting a referral if needed. I can call and ask and Dee gets it done immediately.
