Hello, I've had nothing but GREAT experiences with Elegant Beauty Supply on 103rd Jacksonville FL. I go once a month and get all that I need for my hair and makeup along with other goodies. The staff always welcome me when I come in and they're very helpful during my shopping time. I give them 10 stars for it all! thank you Elegant Beauty supply, Management & Staff for being such a awesome team in customer service. I recommend this store for all of your beauty needs.
