I had Duck Duck Rooter out today to pump my septic tank out. George and his assistant were very professional and kind. They did a great job! I had not had my tank pumped out in many years and it was in bad shape, but they took care of it like the professionals they are. I would definitely recommend them if you have septic system issues!!
Other than arriving about an hour late from the appointment time of 8am-1pm, Troy and Dee provided outstanding service. Duck Duck Rooter main office did advise me they were running late. I’ll be calling Duck Duck Rooter in the future for any service needs. Thanks Troy and Dee.
We tried this company in Jacksonville when we desperately needed help with our rental house. They sent Ed, who gave us an estimate up front did an awesome job cleaned up after himself. Top notch will use them again
