We just had Duck Duck Rooter install new toilets in our home. They did a wonderful job ! The technician, William, was courteous, efficient and extremely professional. He even took off his shoes when working indoors. When he left, there was not a drop of trash left over and the bathrooms were so neat, you could not even tell that anything was done except for brand new, efficient toilets.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Duck Duck Rooter and specifically, William !
AJ and Paul came out to pump my tank within 2 hours of my call! They got my tank pumped quickly, while AJ patiently answered my questions, taught me about my septic tanks, and helped me perform tests to identify a problem with the float. So grateful for their efforts and professionalism, all in the blazing Florida heat!
We thought we had a pipe leak under our sink. We were about to go out of town and needed to have this repaired before leaving. Alberto was at the house at 0800 Monday morning! He spotted no problems and even replaced the sink drain stopper and we are grateful. This is one of several great experiences we have had with the Duck!! People call the Duck for a reason.
