I recently signed up for Pest control since I felt my other company was not cutting it. I had a tech come out her name was Brittany. She was wonderful! She explained the issues, talked me through what I needed to fix my problems! We then made an appointment for her to come do my service. She took her time, and paid attention to every detail I was concerned about!! She was so professional and I didn’t feel like she rushed my service like the other companies previously did! So far I’ve not had any ongoing issues! If you’re needing any sort of pest control i recommend Drake! Especially Brittany! I have had the best experience with the pest control team here.. Issac has been servicing my home for a while now he is very kind and professional and very knowledgeable. Recently a new lady Brittany has started coming for my pest service and she is great so kind and understanding and very professional and knowledgeable about other services I could benefit from. Great job Drake lawn and pest of Jacksonville on training a great team. They also treated my home for termites after I had a horrible experience with another company. Shawn does an excellent job! Very thorough, takes his time, and always follows up. He answers all questions and explains the process. The initial visit was great as well - Jason did an inspection and helped adjust the irrigation system to improve coverage and optimize watering times. Highly recommend!
