UPDATE 7/2/25: I was just contacted by phone. They were profusely apologetic, did not attempt to make up an excuse, and treated me with the same affability I'd experienced in person. They got me set up with an appointment to try the brand I want to switch to, and they made sure to work with the day and time was most convenient for me. I updated my star review to account for all things considered.

I have to give the office all 5 stars across the boards by far the best and most accurate eye exam i ever had. I saw dr Dr. Ann-Marie Connolly who was great and by far when i pick up my glasses i didnt have an adjustment period as this glasses were perfect i highly reconnebd dr Connolly and the Roosevelt office.

It was great! I didn't wait long, the tests were painless. The doctor was top notch and made sure I had the best sight possible dialed in.

The person who helped me with glasses was friendly and patient while I tried to make a decision and weighed a couple of different options.

When I came back to get my glasses a few days later, the people I encountered then were also lovely and helpful.
