My current system is on it's 9th year and still going strong. I highly recommend buying the 10 year service agreement if/when it's time to buy a new A/C system so you don't have to worry if something expensive goes out like the compressor, or even something like a capacitor that wears out over time. Our system has been proactively maintained with each service call and we've never had a problem with an outage.
They were able to send a technician out same day and help us resolve a blockage in our AC drain line that was causing our sinks to back up! Would definitely recommend if you are in need of quicker services!
