Absolutely down to earth person Larry is. I had an issue with a SSD I had ordered on amazon. My wife put the SSD in her laptop and the screw basically turned into powder. and broke off in the motherboard. I did not have the right tools to remove it. I called SEVERAL computer repair shops and they did not want to touch it whatsoever. They didn't even give us the time of day to even look at it. Then I was recommended this place. Larry was very helpful with the problem I was having with my Gaming PC. He kept me updated on the staus of my PC frequently, and worked with me through the issue, which i very much appreciated! Was a very quick turnaround as well! Also very friendly, thank you Larry!
