I have purchased several fans from there, both indoor and outdoor. The one in our master bedroom started acting up after several years. They have agreed to allow me to swap it out for a full credit. I much appreciate that. I strongly recommend using their recommended person for the installation. That takes away any issues when it comes to warranty. Enjoy.
