Michael and Abdul did a great job. I want them for my fall service. The condensate pump was running too long because the condensate line was stopped up. Michael and Abdul unstopped the line and had the pump running as it should. Michael gave me some tips to keep this from happening in the future. He promised to check it closely at our fall service. I called Cool R Us based on a recommendation I found on our community portal and so happy I did. They had a service technician out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The technician explained everything and provided an estimate. What I really appreciated was he verified the part needed was under warranty so the cost to me would only be labor. The technician returned a few hours later with the replacement part and had my system back up and running that afternoon.

My experience with Cool R Us was outstanding in every way, from the prompt and professional approach of Josh our Home Comfort representative,the office staff and the installation crew (Vase,Lorenc,Juljan). They replaced a 17 year old Trane heat pump & air handler that had performed well ( we had installed when moving into our home) but had finally worn out. My options were patiently explained, question answered and a written proposal provided. I received what I believe to be a very fair price and in under 1 week, from first contact to complete install and permit inspection passed.
