Just had my air conditioner serviced by Cook’s Air Conditioning and Heating Specialists. Jessica was my technician and she was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and showed me all the numbers she tested. I’m very pleased with the service I got and will make Cook’s my new company for this
Very quick service and the Tech Chris met with my husband today to diagnose my system. My husband said he was very professional and answered questions for us and now we are going to set up for him to come back to do something that we have asked other companies to do but because it is a big job many have never even made it as far as getting me an estimate. Called Wednesday evening because our old unit wasn't working, and not only did Jerry show up that night, he brought a window unit for us to use until a new unit could be installed. Then they came out the next day in the pouring rain and installed our new unit, and we were up and running by dinner time.
I highly recommend Cook's to anyone who needs A/C repair or maintenance.
