EVERYONE from the front desk to Dr Yssa was welcoming & approachable. Even though it was my 1st visit, I didn't feel like I was just NEXT on Dr Yssa's schedule. She wanted to get to KNOW me as a person. That's very refreshing, & I think it helps any doctor in deciding a patient's best treatment. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience!
I am a new patient. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting me registered and set up. Xavier was kind and thorough when updating the doctor before she came into the room. Dr Germaine was wonderful; she took her time, made a point to get to know me and allowed me a chance to get to know her and ask any questions I might have. She covered everything at least once and made sure I understood her plans for my future care. I feel blessed to have been referred to this facility, Dr Germaine and her staff.
It’s not always easy to find a healthcare team that combines efficiency with compassion, but this office truly does. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I really appreciate the level of attention and care they provide—highly recommend!
